Easiest car buying experience I’ve had Our sales person Andy was great. Helped us find the perfect car with the first choice options we wanted. Service Appointment - Clear Mask my service was putting on clear mask for the new vehicle. I was given a courtesy car, but was afraid to use it for plans to drive to places where it would invite vandalism. More

Slow/no response to issues I was overcharged for fuel use on my loaner. Raised the issue to my service rep and also responded in the fu email from Audi Palo Alto.
