I took my car in for service a couple months ago. Paid an exorbitant price for the service because I figured they would do things correctly. Fast forward to a couple days ago. Started getting the "low coolan exorbitant price for the service because I figured they would do things correctly. Fast forward to a couple days ago. Started getting the "low coolant" signal. Checked the coolant reservoir and found it was indeed quite low. Checked my receipt from my earlier visit and found they claimed they had checked the coolant level AND checked for leaks (both which were fine per the receipt). Took the car back. Was told that the coolant was indeed low (obviously) and that they had failed to top it off last time (even though they checked off the box saying they had). My fear now is: what are they actually doing during these service appointments and can I take them at their word when they say they checked it? More
Horrible experience. General manager and service manager are very unprofessional. They never return my calls and kept canceling my appointments. I show up and they refuse to talk to me. It’s sad because I b are very unprofessional. They never return my calls and kept canceling my appointments. I show up and they refuse to talk to me. It’s sad because I bought my car there. I wish they would grow a pair and act like adults. More
