Valet service offered by Audi Palo Alto as an alternative to loaners, and especially during this pandemic, is great! I availed of this twice - for oil changes/ inspections and a warranty- covered repair. I to loaners, and especially during this pandemic, is great! I had excellent interactions with others at this deanship who were amazing, and helpful, such as: Mila, Bruce, and Omar. The purpose of this review is to specifically WARN potential buyers about the FINANCE MANAGER that I had to deal with while making my purchase. His name is Dennis Munoz, aka "DENZO". the following is an email I had wrote to the general manager to informing him of my horrible experience with Denzo. Hello, My name is Blanca Mejia, I am reaching out because I would like to make you aware of my experience I had at the Audi Palo Alto dealership over the weekend, on October 16, 2021. I arrived to the Audi Palo Alto dealership to purchase a vehicle for my business. First, allow me express the amount of excitement that I had for my appointment with one of your sales representatives, named Mila. Upon arrival, I instantly felt welcomed, she did a great job at answering any questions I had about the Odessy that I purchased. However, when it came to my interactions with the finance manager, named “Danzo,” Dennis Munoz. I did not receive the same level of service. While sitting with Mila, she presented me and my partner with a finance option form. After reviewing it, we informed her that we didn’t want the Honda extended warranty, or the Executive shield warranty. Mila went on and notified Dennis. He approached us with the finance option worksheet asking why we didn’t want it, which made me feel uncomfortable because we had already said no. Again, we declined. Dennis visibly appeared to become upset. His whole demeanor changed, and by that I mean, his facial expression turned very serious, and his tone did as well, before going back into his office to make the changes. Shortly after that my partner had to leave, because he had to go to work, so I stayed at the dealership alone. After a short wait Dennis asked me to follow him into his office to sign all the documents. While filling out the forms he pulled up the Executive Shield form on a tablet, and began showing me the different options. I told him again that I didn’t want it. He then in an aggressive tone began to explain to me what I believed to be him taking the extended shield out of the contract. He said that although the box was marked, that on his system it looked different, and he even assured me that my monthly payment hadn’t changed by repeating the number, instead of the vehicles total amount, so I signed the form in good faith. Not realizing that he was trying to manipulate me by not explaining clearly that he had still, fraudulently, added the Executive Shield policy to my contract. As we continued the process he still appeared to be upset. Which made me feel uneasy, sitting in his office alone with him. At one point while I was sitting there uncomfortably. Dennis said to me in a sarcastic tone, that "people don’t usually know that the paper work process is so long when buying a car.” Which I found offensive because I interpreted that, as him indirectly calling me naive or inexperienced. However, I brushed it off. When Dennis informed me that he would be filling a 8300 IRS Form, because I was putting dow $10,000 cash I requested a copy of it, since Mila had informed me that I would be getting copies of all of the forms. When Dennis gave me the copy I noticed that his signature wasn’t on it, so I asked if he could sign it, and his response to me, in a very rude tone was, “I don’t have to give you a copy of this form. I’m doing it as a courtesy because you asked.” I was shocked that a finance manager would be so unprofessional when speaking to a customer. As we were finishing up, he continued to make me feel uncomfortable by saying that he would “let me know how it goes, because sometimes banks won’t finance,” and that he, “couldn’t make any promisses.” I can only express that the way those comments made me feel, after I had just handed him such a large amount of my hard earned money, were as if he was a wolf in sheep’s clothing, waiting for the opportunity to take advantage of me. Moving forward from my horrible interaction with Dennis Munoz on Saturday, October 16, 2021I had another unpleasant interaction with him today October 18, 2021. Since the initial contact that I had signed on the 16th of October was not correct I called back the following day. The contract was to be amended and emailed, so that I could sign it electronically. It was, and I signed it on October, 17, 2021. On October 18, 2021 I called back again to see if I could get the information from the bank that was going to finance the remainder of the vehicle I purchased. Dennis said that there was a problem with the system, and that I'd have to sign the contract for a third time, and that since I was so far (as if I was inconveniencing him), that he would have to email it to me for another electronic signature. I tried to utilize that opportunity to talk to him, and ask about why he added the Extended Shield warranty, and he instantly got defensive, and was argumentative. Contradicting what I had clearly told him, AND Mila. My intentions with this email is to make you aware of Dennis Munoz unacceptable behavior. I think it's a disgrace, and an embarrassment to The Audi Palo Alto Dealership that women, such as myself are subjected to such hostile/belittling interactions, and being taken advantage of simply because a man is no longer present. The manner in which Dennis Munoz conducted himself reflects poorly on the standard of service I expected to receive while conducting business there. Even now, at this very moment, I still feel uncomfortable with the fact that I have a vehicle in my driveway that I still don’t have a contract for. My only reassurance that this dilemma is being resolved comes others who I have spoken to at the dealership, who have so kindly assisted me. Such as Bruce A., Mila, and another individual who I believe is named Omar. More

Worst car dealership EVER! Wish I could post a negative 5 score. Was doing everything in my power to buy a particular used car. Told the sales people I would come right now and was agreeable on the price but score. Was doing everything in my power to buy a particular used car. Told the sales people I would come right now and was agreeable on the price but they sold the car out from under me. Then the buyer backed out and they contacted me to let me know that the car was still for sale. I am in the process of making payment with my bank and the sales manager Omar says he has the keys in his hand and he will not let anyone else buy it and he would call me in 30 minutes to setup payment. (Was paying cash - no financing). Omar never called and they sold the car out from under me AGAIN! Unbelievable. Really sleazy people. Would not trust them as far as I could spit. Worst customer service ever! More
