He quickly directed me to the concierge desk where they set me up with a loaner car in no time. I was in a out and was able to take my daughter to school that day. My wife is 7 months pregnant and he volunteered to get us dinner and even paid for it! He was exceptional and has answered several questions I have had via his cell phone after I purchased the car. Sam, Chuck, and the general sales manager with the British accent were also very kind and helpful.
