I have the prepaid maintenance plan so I figure everything required was done but the last time they sent me a full inspection video of my vehicle on the lift (same dealership) so this visit fell short for sure by that standard. He will even go so far as to confirm the day he will have a loaner car for me so I'm not inconvenienced by dropping off my car (I have a son I take to and from school and activities so a loaner car is a MUST!)
