Loyal Customer My previous experience 3 yrs ago when seeking my 6th Audi was not good and I did not feel a valued loyal customer! I was ready to walk away from Audi! Despite of walking on without an appointment, Oscar took care of my car right away I stopped by for checking my tires as a warning message showed up.
