Overall experience was great and very enjoyable. Edd was very attentive and informed me of the Q5 and the various features that it offered. This made for a less pressured sales process and increased my overall satisfaction with the experience. Additionally, he introduced me to a service manager who also was helpful in explaining the maintenance program and the typical maintenance visit. This helped boost my confidence in the vehicle and future dealings with the dealership. The only minor issue, which Edd and the Finance Manager corrected immediately, was a discrepency in the final selling price which was negotiated. Once the error was identified, they quickly corrected it and had me on my way. Overall, I would rate both Edd and Audi Jacksonville very high in overall experience and I would definitely buy another Audi. More
I recently purchased an A4 Cabriolet (convertible) which required some work including top (the rear window was leaking) and timing belt. Let me tell you, it was as if he was waiting on my call and I truly felt as if I was calling my brother who was the service writer. Once we confirmed the year and model, Michael said there shouldn’t be a leak as the car is still relatively new and said he couldn’t repair the leak and it would require a brand new top (which I confirmed with a local upholstery business in St. Augustine). Before I could freak out about having to pay over $4,000 on a new top, Michael right away offered to pay for the top if I would pay to put it on. We paid just a small fraction of what would have ruined Christmas. While being serviced, I asked Michael to have the technicians go over the vehicle to ensure safety and to pick out potential issues (don’t want the wife on the side of the road now do we). He said the car was in great shape and seemed genuinely impressed with it’s condition and said we were fast approaching the recommended service interval to replace the timing belt. I told him we would get together on it later as the holidays have taken it’s toll on the budget. Michael advised that there was a promotion that Audi had where it discounted the job by $300 and got his manager to approve it for us! Michael went above and beyond including providing us not only with his personal cell number if we had any questions but with a BRAND NEW 2013 A4 (amazing car!) and even coordinated payment (long story) with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. We are looking forward to working with Michael in the future (we also own a Mercedes which Jacksonville Audi is able to service as well) and wish him and his team continued success. Audi of Jacksonville was hands down the best of the best. Spoke with Edd Allen (Sales) and Mike Wawrzyniak (Manager) who were both excellent. If you're looking for a low pressure, professional sales person who is very knowledgeable and comfortable to deal with, I'd recommend Edd. CPO Q7's are in high demand and unfortunately they didn't have the exact car we wanted. Both Edd and Mike stressed Audi of JAX would take excellent care of my Audi no matter where it was purchased. Classy and Professional. I ended up purchased a CPO Q7 which will be serviced by Audi of Jax. I really liked the dealership and will buy our next Audi from them. More

Bought my second car from this dealership, an S8, dealing with Alex Fajardo on both occasions. I will definitely seek Alex out as my salesperson the next time I am in the dealer, as well. Very respectful and knowledgeable, as well versed in the nuances of these complex cars as any sales person I have used before ( several BMWs and Acuras in the last several years). He's very attentive but with a light touch, letting the customer guide the intensity of the sales process. I would definitely recommend that anyone visiting the Audi Jacksonville dealership seek out Alex for a most satisfying buyer's experience. In fact, the whole Sales floor has a friendly and inviting atmosphere, a feature many might find unusual for a car dealership. Edward Allen was our sales rep and he was and still is fabulous to work with. Even after the sale he stays in touch to make sure everything is going well and that we are 100% satisfied with our A4. Because we haven't used the other departments (only had the car 4 weeks) I can't really comment on how they perform, but Ed is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about not just Audi's but also other cars from other manufacturers as well.
