Let me preface this review by saying I only bought a car (Audi S4) here, I don't know about the service dept. First, this dealership lacked polish that I would expect from a luxury car dealer. Got a cal (Audi S4) here, I don't know about the service dept. First, this dealership lacked polish that I would expect from a luxury car dealer. Got a call that my Audi was ready to pick up and drive home Monday night. I arranged to drop by Tuesday morning instead. The car was not even close to ready. Very dirty, no gas in the tank. Customers shouldn't even be seeing new cars in this state. Salesman was nice enough otherwise. The BIGGEST reason they got 2 stars from me was the attitude of the general manager. Everything was fine (got a fair deal on the Audi itself) until the trade in came up. He couldn't have handled this much worse. I felt like I had walked into a pawn shop at this point. He made it clear he wasn't particularly interested in my trade, and seemed baffled that the trade in valuation might hold up the sale. You'd think trading in a car wasn't commonplace, and that the whole ordeal was a huge hassle for the dealership. Ended up offering $6k below the book value, and refused to budge. So not only was the offer insulting, but his "take it or leave it" attitude really twerked me. They were selling me an Audi S4, God's gift to cars, and I was lucky for it, too. I should be grateful that they were taking the time and effort to sell me the rare, prestigious Audi (it is neither of these, by the way). I said I'd like to take the day and think about it, and perhaps come back later. The manager told me if I went home, he'd take the Audi off of reserve immediately and open it up to whoever bought it first. Keep in mind I had already made a $2k deposit on this very car, and it wasn't ready for me to take home now anyway! Again he was clear: I could take their low ball offer now, or they'd be more than happy to let me walk. I contrasted this experience with my mustang purchase a few years ago and the difference was night and day. The Ford dealership seemed HAPPY to have my business, imagine that! They bent over backwards for the sale, including the trade in portion. So if you're spending 60k for an Audi and expect to be treated better than when buying a Focus, look elsewhere. PS. Yes I bought the car, but but I've never felt so much shame and regret after any purchase, and I surely won't be making the same mistake again at this dealership. There are plenty of places to buy an Audi in North Florida. PPS. The S4 is AWESOME and I'd recommend to anyone considering it. More
When I went to the Audi dealership I wasn’t sure whether I should be a used Audi or a new one. Edd helped me out with my decision. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Mr. Allen. I did not purchase a car with Mr. Allen, but I he provided an outstanding environment for doing so. Customer Service: Mr. Allen was very attentive. He was able to appeal to my entire family, whether discussing suspension or New Year's plans. Quality of Work: Outstanding - Mr. Allen's Reputation is what referred us to him, but his quality of work is what will bring us back. Friendliness: Genuinely nice- We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with Mr. Allen. He does a great job of flexing his personality to the customers, and appeal to all members of the party. Price: Great- I couldn't believe I walked away from the deal. But, I know who to go back to in a couple years. Overall: Mr. Allen has a very thorough knowledge of the car industry, and was literally a coin flip from winning my business. I'm looking forward to doing business with him in the future. More

I purchased a Q5 from Edd Allen in Dec 2012. Edd is great to deal with and it's clear he and the entire dealership understand customer service and put the customer first. In my case there were some extenuati to deal with and it's clear he and the entire dealership understand customer service and put the customer first. In my case there were some extenuating circumstances causing a delay with the car I had on order. The delay was not the dealership's fault (late shipment from the Audi factory) but the timing was going to be a deal breaker for me due to various reasons. Edd and sales manager Spencer bent over backwards to work out an alternative for me and we ended up making a deal on a different Q5. In the end I got a car I'm very happy with. I would highly recommend Audi Jacksonville as my experience was a great one and I'd definitely buy from them again. More
