I don’t believe that Audi of Jacksonville deserves a 5 rating. I think they should get a 10 but 5 is as high as I can go on this scale. They kept me informed throughout the process until my car arrived at the dealership. When I went to pick it up, it was all ready for me to take home. They went out of their way to meet my needs. I would highly recommend Audi of Jacksonville to anyone looking to buy a new Audi. The staff made the process a seamless one, from the wonderful attendants on the phone all the way up to the General Manager. Hans More
