First time ever buying a car sight-unseen. Didn't need to see it! This is my fourth Audi. Yet, it was my first Audi with Audi Jacksonville. So after calling Audi Jacksonville, I began dealing with a salesman named Mark Johnson and he really stepped up the customer service to help me. We did everything over the phone and through email. He went out of his way to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Like way out-of-his-way, some 162 miles each way. He personally delivered my new 2010 Audi TT Roadster and took back my 2008 Audi TT Roadster (lease ended). Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He actually deserves a 10+ rating but it will only allow a 5. I would highly recommend Audi Jacksonville and Mark Johnson to anyone who demands the highest quality and exceptional customer service. I don’t believe that Audi of Jacksonville deserves a 5 rating. I think they should get a 10 but 5 is as high as I can go on this scale. They kept me informed throughout the process until my car arrived at the dealership. When I went to pick it up, it was all ready for me to take home. They went out of their way to meet my needs.
