The new technology (keyless, back up camera, side assist, computer system) is fabulous and the A6 has more pick up than my old one. Audi's give you more for your money and better resale based on percentage. With comparable features, I would have paid more for any other luxury brand. Check out Kelly Blue Book for previous model years to compare Audi to other comparable models of the same size. When I picked up the car, Alex gave me a short training session on all the new features. I also dropped by later with more questions and he was happy to help. More

First time ever buying a car sight-unseen. Didn't need to see it! This is my fourth Audi. Yet, it was my first Audi with Audi Jacksonville. I had tried to deal with my local Audi dealer, but they were j to see it! This is my fourth Audi. Yet, it was my first Audi with Audi Jacksonville. I had tried to deal with my local Audi dealer, but they were just not up to the standards I was previously accustom to from my old Miami dealer. So after calling Audi Jacksonville, I began dealing with a salesman named Mark Johnson and he really stepped up the customer service to help me. We did everything over the phone and through email. He went out of his way to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Like way out-of-his-way, some 162 miles each way. He personally delivered my new 2010 Audi TT Roadster and took back my 2008 Audi TT Roadster (lease ended). Everything went smoothly from start to finish. He actually deserves a 10+ rating but it will only allow a 5. I would highly recommend Audi Jacksonville and Mark Johnson to anyone who demands the highest quality and exceptional customer service.
