I have recently had the best buying experience of my life. Having bought numerous vehicles in my 60 years from "prestige" brands to "runners", from aircraft to boats, I've yet to encounter such dedicati life. Having just relocated from 30 years in Europe, my purchase was complicated by foreign license, no credit history, SS off the records and more. I was patiently guided through the process and consciensouly aided by all departments even though value of the car was low end. My experience with Audi Jax was positive from my first interaction with David Welch to driving my new Q5 off the lot. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and incredibly knowledgable (including interactions with the GM and Jeremy in the service department). The staff exuded honesty and professionalism and most importantly, were not pushy with trying to "make another sale". Usually, I do a lot of investigating on the car model I'm interested in before I hit the showroom or perform a test drive. Quite often, I know more about the car and its features than the salesperson actually does. This was not the case with David! I was impressed with his level of knowledge and expertise with the Q5 model. Completing the deal was an easy process- paperwork was straightforward and transparent, which was different from some of my past car buying experiences. After they prepped the car, David spent about 45 minutes familiarizing me with all the great features of the car, addressing my questions, setting up bluetooth, navigation, seat settings, etc. This was very helpful as the Q5 has several enhanced features compared to our trade in. This dealership and its staff were great to work with and I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone in the market for a new car. More
I purchased an Audi Q5 prestige last month and due to the exceptional customer service and professionalism it was a simple decision to purchase my second Audi (S5 cabriolet with STaSIS touring package). I have really enjoyed working with Spencer Bridges and Randy Hudspeth both times. Having two new Audi's, I really have not had to deal with the service department but with my second purchase I decided to add a very expensive performance upgrade to my S5 cabriolet and Mike Kennedy made that experience very easy and painless. I'm actually looking forward to working with Mike for all of my upcoming services. I recently purchased an Audi A6 from Audi Jacksonville in January. Unfortunately this has not been the best experience because due to the lackadaisical attitude of the employees I still do not have my cars r January. Unfortunately this has not been the best experience because due to the lackadaisical attitude of the employees I still do not have my cars registration tag. I was issued two temporary tags since the purchase of the car and for the last month I have not been able to drive the car because I don’t have a valid license plate tag. I was stopped by the police and warned not to drive the vehicle without a valid tag. I have called Audi Jacksonville on multiple occasions only to get no response to my issue. I have spoken to a guy named Woody multiple times and he keeps telling me he will look into it and call me back but he doesn’t. This is unacceptable and I was under the impression Audi held itself to a higher standard than a pop-up car dealership. I cannot believe my experience and now I am without a car. Instead of the dealership have some compassion for its customers they only worry about making a sale and once that’s done they forget about the customer. This should have not taken this long and it does not feel like the dealership has and remorse for our situation! More

Alex was great with showing us all the details and options on the car (there is so much to this car it is hard to grasp it all) when we came to pick it up. He was also helpful when I called him a few options on the car (there is so much to this car it is hard to grasp it all) when we came to pick it up. He was also helpful when I called him a few days later when I couldn't figure out how to configure one of the displays (he walked me through it right over the phone with clear and concise directions). Alex was very responsive to all my calls either picking up the phone immediately (usually his cell) or calling me right back. He also immediately rectified a minor issue when I came to pick up the car, without any hassle, which greatly impressed me. I am new to Audi (had a BMW previously) and so far am very happy with my decision to purchase the A5. More

On numerous occasions they have picked up my A3 from Gainesville and completed all necessary service very quickly. While the service is being completed they provide me with a loaner at no additional charge. When the service is complete they return my car to me and explain what steps they took during the service. On one occasion I noticed a small crack in a decorative piece of the sunroof assembly. They fixed it on the spot for no charge. On another occasion a technician assessed a noise I heard in the suspension and explained that the Quattro system was engaging. He understood the noise and was able to allay my concern and get me on my way in no time. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. More
This is one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. From the greeting to the close of sale I was dealt with respectfully and all my questions were answered knowledgeably. The sale paperwork was extremely efficient and simple and Alex spent at least 1 and 1/2 hrs. with me discussing Audi's new lineup even though I had just bought used. I was introduced to the service department and shown the service garage which was extremely clean. This dealership and its staff have Great personality and presentation!! Alex and the staff at Audi JAX love their cars and treat their customers to an excellent experience. I love my RS4 :) More
The week before my visit to Audi of Jacksonville, I was in an accident and unfortunately my vehicle was a total loss. With time running to an end on my rental car, I was anxious to find a replacement for in an accident and unfortunately my vehicle was a total loss. With time running to an end on my rental car, I was anxious to find a replacement for my lost vehicle. In addition, I work a full-time job so had little spare time to shop. I had previously contacted the Internet Sales Department of Audi of Jacksonville because I'd found a vehicle I was interested in. On our way, my husband and I stopped by 3 other dealerships... What a Nightmare they were!!! The salesmen were "sharks" that reaked of dishonesty. Completely frustrated, but not afforded the luxury of giving up, we continued the quest to Audi of Jacksonville. Wow!!!!! What a pleasant surprise!!! No one attacked us when we walked through the lot to the showroom. While walking to the showroom I saw a beautiful 2008 A4 Cabriolet. My husband rolled his eyes and said, "No Way!! When we got inside the showroom, we were informed that Alex (the individual I had corresponded with via the Internet) was in a meeting but would be with us shortly. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes before he approached us, apologizing for our wait and handed us each a cold bottle of water. We talked a little and I found out the car I was interested in had been sold. I was disappointed but Alex had others for me to look at. The cars he showed us were all nice but they didn't really "knock my socks off". I then asked if we could do a quick check of our credit so we could have a better idea of what was available to us at a monthly payment we could afford. We did that and when the results came back Alex walked up and said he had two cars to show us. The first one was a very nice black two door coupe. I believe it was an AltimI'm sure Alex could tell by my reaction, that it probably wasn't "the one" for me. He then walked us to the second car. As we approached it he said, "there it is" and pointed to the 2008 A4 Cabriolet. I couldn't believe it!!! I was so excited!!!! Alex went on to say that he knew that it was the car I really wanted so he sat with the finance manager and worked out a deal within the monthly payment we were seeking. I took it for a test drive and "the rest is history"!!!! Alex was such a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. As busy as he must've been, we felt like his only customers!! I will be a lifetime customer because of my wonderful experience and will not only recommend Audi of Jacksonville, but will also specifically recommend Alex. More
