"Niche Car" Went to AudiJax for a very specific car expecting to have to order one. Instead found out they actually had one there. Felt like it was 'meant to be Went to AudiJax for a very specific car expecting to have to order one. Instead found out they actually had one there. Felt like it was 'meant to be.' The salesman, Jerry K, was a gentleman and helpful. We decided the next day to go back to do a straight cash purchase. Easy right? It was anything but easy. We sat in the showroom waiting for our appointment and absolutely no one spoke to us. The customer service was miserable. The sales manager was unwilling to negotiate with us and based his high numbers on a 2018 model instead of the 2017 leftover we were attempting to purchase. We walked out very unhappy. I ended up purchasing a different car from a dealer with a much better sales team and customer service philosophy. To top it off, I received an email a week later only to tell me they sold the car at the (high) price they originally asked for. Well, congratulations for taking as much money as you could from an unsuspecting customer. I am extremely happy with my soon to be built BMW that I purchased from Tom Bush BMW. More
