Worst experience ever. I gave the rating I did because my experience with Audi Jacksonville was a nightmare. The managers and sales people I dealt with to buy a 90k vehicle I gave the rating I did because my experience with Audi Jacksonville was a nightmare. The managers and sales people I dealt with to buy a 90k vehicle and have it shipped to another state was absolute chaos. The purchase almost didn't happen and when I wired all the money and the car was finally shipped it came stripped down and with no documents where I could actually legally drive the vehicle. When i got into the rover for the first time the gas light was on and it had 21 miles to empty and no floor mats. Yes i did buy it used but a $90,000 rover with 5000 miles on it with no floor mats and missing a back seat insert. The spare tire has been out for some reason? I called and called and when Roger finally called me back I was told that the mats and insert that were missing he would reimburse me as I had bought the missing items. I posted a review on yelp and I was called today and told that unless I took my review down I was not going to be reimbursed for the items I had previously been told would be. Is this black mail? I also was told this rover was perfect condition. It has a rip in the leather, i had to get the rover professional buffed out already due to all the scratches and swirls in the paint. I deep scratch on the passenger side door that they tried to cover up. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will also be contacting the BBB. More

Excellent and Easy buying experience! Tory Marrero knew I was shopping for SUV. She asked questions to understand what features were important to me and what was my price point. She invit Tory Marrero knew I was shopping for SUV. She asked questions to understand what features were important to me and what was my price point. She invited me to look at couple of cars. After meeting her and her manager Andy they listened to my needs and quickly thought of VW Toureg. Tory was very knowledge and showed us the car and all it’s features, and took us for a test driving the car. I was totally impressed and ready to buy. Her manager, Andy was also very knowledgeable and quickly summarized the key financing options so we could arrive at a decision. In addition he went above and beyond in trying to negotiate a better deal with finance companies. Overall I was definitely impressed by Tory an Andy’s willing to help seal the deal in a non pressured but friendly and helpful manner. This was definitely a quick sale but one that was easy and pleasant thanks to all the nice employees that worked at Audi Jacksonville. I would definitely recommend shopping at Audi Jacksonville thanks to my experience. More

Everyone we worked with was exceptional. Brady was funny, kind, and honest which was great. Carlos was also very nice and helpful with assisting us. Roger is a consummate professional. I was admittedly a bit skeptical of his approach at first, knowing he was a manager, and clearly being a very experienced Salesman as well. That skepticism quickly vanished as his reccomendation from personal and professional experience showed he was interested in putting my mother in the right car for her. He was also very kind to show us how all the bells and whistles work in his personal vehicle. However, I would like to place the emphasis of this review on the gentleman who helped us most, Antoine. Right from the get go he had an attentive, but easy way about him. He was least pushy salesman I've ever worked with, which is absolutely the approach I prefer. He explained everything carefully and completely, letting the vehicles speak for themselves (no upselling needed). He's the kind of salesman you can tell is working with/fighting for you which in my experience is seldom found in dealerships. I would have never known in a million years this was the first car he sold if Brady hadn't told us at the end, which I'm glad he did. I have no doubts what a valuable member of the Audi Jax team he will continue to be now that he's downstairs. Thank you for all your help! More

Ashleigh was fantastic from the start sending pics of the car inside and out while giving me assurance that the car was mint. Anytime I had a question, she was there with in minutes to respond with a text or phone call even if was before or after hours. I felt totally comfortable through the entire process. She is an asset to Audi Jacksonville! I can't wait for my car to arrive!!! More
