My only issue is with the male (middle age caucasian) who answers the phone/works at reception: His comportment is the anti-thesis of my other experiences: He is rude, curt, sarcastic, not helpful, poor-mannered, poor-attitude, and passive-aggressive = Customer dis-service. One's first experience and impression when calling in to a business are the most important--he does the rest of Prestige's first-class team a huge dis-service. If I had only experienced his comportment, I never would have called back or returned to Prestige. More
