But the second reason, is just about as important; it has to do with the excellence in service and the high caliber of customer service personnel. To be more specific, Vernon Chang, our service manager is amazingly skilled in providing the best information and customer options on all of my maintenance questions. He goes out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of my car during servicing. He is courteous and very knowledgeable of our vehicles and their technical requirements. His attentive service is such a huge contrast from our past experiences with Volvo and Mercedes, where we were constantly having to call for updates on unexplained delays on service and maintenance which was also inconsistent. We had such a great experience with Audi we decided to get another Audi... not only is the customer service top notch but the cars are GREAT. We are offered a water everytime we walk in the door. Prestige Audi is fantastic! We've bought our last two cars there. I live pretty far away from this dealership but I drive there because I love their customer service (even though there is another on two cars there. I have never encountered a rude person there, they are always very nice. The moment you walk in someone is making sure you are taken care of. They are very efficient and they take care of everything, making the chore of getting your car serviced easy. One thing that I can't stand with some dealerships is that when you are getting work done, they leave you stranded without a car. That's a big deal for me (or deal breaker). I, like many others, can't be without transportation. Prestige NEVER does that, I'm always offered a car, regardless of what is being done. With Prestige's complimentary service and rentals, I'm getting kind of spoiled (as it should be!). I think I will be driving Audis for the rest of my life because I really don't want to go anywhere else. More
