Diana was great. My only criticism is that each one I bring my car in for service I am asked multiple times to fill out a survey and give them high rating. The car was brought for an oil change, and stop light issue. Electrical Troubleshooting not thorough, as 4 light bulbs were changed for no reason as the next day the main error message came back to the issue. Moreover, the main reason for the car being at the service center, the oil change, was forgotten. The car had to be brought back a second day. a third day will be required for electrical troubleshooting.
