It was a pleasure to work with Gene towards the purchase of my new Audi. I had been to other dealerships closer to my home but was not treated with the respect that Gene showed from the outset. Overall my service at the dealership has been great most issues presented have been dealt with in a very professional manner. I have remained loyal to the dealership based on my past experiences. However, I decided to purchase another certified preowned vehicle (2009 A8L) and it seems as if the reputation and quality service has greatly deminished from past experiences. It has come to a head with not having things done as expected. Lack of organization and everyone appears stress and more concerned about the rating on a survey versuses how well the work has been done on the vehiches. Friendliness is the strongest attribute but I am waivering over continuing to work with this dealership as I feel that they are not delivering on the service I expect. I have an issue that is still outstanding on my vehicle. My rear tail light was damaged not by me. I presented the issue to the service advisor and Service Manager. They remain that the issue was outside impact. I advised that I have only had the vehicle serviced and cleaned by the dealership. I discovered the issue when hand washing the vehicle. Looking at the damage it is clear that this was done with a buffer. I was offered a 200 credit on a $700 replacement. I have no issue with paying for whatever I do to my vehicle however, I will not settle for paying for anything I have not caused. This will be my overarching deciding factor on whether I continue to work with the dealership going forward. Everyone is great but I am not happy with how things have gone. I expected to have the same if not better experience but this has turned into something else. I normally not so vocal or expressive but I am truly frustrated with what I have received thus far. I have been a HUGE PROMOTER TO THE AUDI BRAND. I have always promoted this dealership. I am reconcidering this effort. More

The service staff is also amazing and Yelson Maradiaga is my go to person every time I am due for a check up. Dan Mesa in Finance made my new lease experience even better than the last because he was very knowledgeable about the different programs available and also took the time to review each contract with me to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable with the terms. Leasing or buying a car is never easy, but if you are looking to lease or buy an Audi, I would HIGHLY recommend Paul Greenberg because you will get the best price and service. More

I am new to the area and did not know where to go - so I showed up to this dealership on a whim. Upon arrival, DIANA immediately eased my worries, got me a complimentary rental and out the door. She called to check in at every point of repair - from check-in, to service feedback, to completion and documentation. She was easily reachable, patient and put my needs as her first priority at every possible moment. I would definitely go here for all of my service needs. Not only did they fix my issues. They did an additional multi point full car inspection, cleaned the car, took responsibility for the manufacturer's defective parts and gladly treated me like I was one of their customers. They are professional, accommodating, experts and thorough. I was far more than I expected and I am more than happy to refer anyone possible to this dealership! More
