I purchased a used car from out of state through Audi North Miami. Unfortunately during the timeline of purchasing the vehicle the CRM systems were hacked across the US making the process of purchasing o North Miami. Unfortunately during the timeline of purchasing the vehicle the CRM systems were hacked across the US making the process of purchasing online rather challenging. While this isn’t the dealerships fault, the sales rep was not communicative or helpful whatsoever to get my sale complete. When I would call to check in on next steps or how we can move forward given the circumstances, he never remembered who I was, the details of my situation, and at one point called me to ask if I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle when I had already paid in full. I’m extremely happy with the vehicle from the dealership but to any buyers purchasing from out of state I’d avoid all together as it was a frustrating process. More
