I bought a car from this dealership and it has been 3 months that they are still having problems with DMV to get my permanent plates. After two months I find out they didn’t pay for transfer fees to DMV months that they are still having problems with DMV to get my permanent plates. After two months I find out they didn’t pay for transfer fees to DMV that I had to ask DMV about the problem. Next I find out they didn’t process transfer of liability on my trade in car that I ended up submitting myself on line and now after 3 months I find out from DMV that they still haven’t received my physical sales paperwork at DMV yet. They are not good with returning calls to the customers and easy to blame DMV for their shortcomings where I know it has been their mistakes all along according to DMV. I am still waiting for them to let me know how they are resolving the problem other than just letting me know I have 3 more months on my temporary registration. I have bought another car 6 months ago from a different dealership and I had my plates in 2 weeks from DMV, so I know DMV is not the problem here. More
The most terrible experience ever. They brought over a car to test drive without proper inspection. There were a lot of issues that were not disclosed. Sales Person was extremely rude, told me she will car to test drive without proper inspection. There were a lot of issues that were not disclosed. Sales Person was extremely rude, told me she will follow up on her day off because she did not want to share her commission with anyone else. The next day, she changed her mind and sent rude texts, which i wish i could post on here. No follow up from management after a lengthy email. Received one call from Majid, but he never returned by call or respond to emails from him or Phillip Mansour after. I bet they will try to sell it without disclosure to someone else who does not do their due diligence. Please be careful buying a car here, looks like a sketchy setup. More
Stay clear - these guys are scammers! The team at Calabasas Audi is not only unprofessional, but disappointingly, some of their practices are illegal. Just had a classic bait and switch experience. Calabasas Audi is not only unprofessional, but disappointingly, some of their practices are illegal. Just had a classic bait and switch experience. I inquired about a vehicle on 11/21/21. I spoke with one sales associate and two managers who quoted me a price of $58k for the car - just as listed in their ad. As soon as I said I want to buy the car and asked what the fatsest way to pay would be, I was told the car has just been sold. The following day - 11/22/21 the same car is listed for sale for a price of $64k. The sales people refuse to honor the price they advertised. Management refuses to get on a call with me. More
The salesman and sales managers are liars. I would gladly pay more to not be lied too. Kamy is a liar and so is Michael. They only want your money and will not stand behind their word. pay more to not be lied too. Kamy is a liar and so is Michael. They only want your money and will not stand behind their word. More

After signing and paying I was told that the master key is not available. And the car can not be started if I lose the one key. I have it an IOU that Douglas Babbitt the Retention manager will not honor. I is not available. And the car can not be started if I lose the one key. I have it an IOU that Douglas Babbitt the Retention manager will not honor. I even have a text from him promising me I would receive my master key that I paid for by end of last month. As of today (November 14th) no master key. All I want is what I paid for and what was promised in writing. Thank you all and God bless More

The sales department is absolute liars. I leased a new 2019 Q5 in October 2019. I was sold on all of the features of the car I test drove- sensors, navigation, etc. however, the color I wanted it in was n 2019 Q5 in October 2019. I was sold on all of the features of the car I test drove- sensors, navigation, etc. however, the color I wanted it in was not available. I then decided to get a different color, but instead of looking for the color I wanted with the package I was sold on, the sales girl gave me completely different vehicle with none of the features I was paying for. I have called multiple times about the lack of features of the vehicle over the past year. I’ve constantly asked why this or that is not working or available only to be told that it doesn’t come with my car. I finally got fed up and spoke with a manager. He apologized about the previous misunderstanding and promised to fix the situation by getting me what I want around the same price I’m already paying. After wasting my time and me pushing back my other appointments to sit with him, he comes back with a whole bunch of Non-sense, and a price tag that is hundred of dollars more than what I’m currently paying. He was never trying to right a wrong. He was trying to make a sale. I already negotiated my price for the car I wanted, but was given a different vehicle and now they want me to spend even more money to fix their mistake. HORRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I will NEVER buy another Audi from here again. More
This goes to Rafael Flores in service. Horrible first This goes to Rafael Flores in service. Horrible first time experience and the last one with Audi Calabasas. You guys just lost a customer becaus This goes to Rafael Flores in service. Horrible first time experience and the last one with Audi Calabasas. You guys just lost a customer because of his customer service. I’m not a person that raises my voice or give bad feedback online, and please read the rest of this review below of why. We have several cars in the family, 3 new Audi’s total within the household and we’re hoping to establish a positive relationship with Audi of Calabasas. I would think that coming to NOT ONLY AUDI after spending almost $80,000 for another fully loaded car, but ALSO to AUDI Of CALABASAS - that I would receive excellent service. It can be something small a warm welcome, kind words or signs of happiness. But this is where it back fires for Rafael Flores, who not only promised a service loaner over the phone, but also mentioned that the service loaner cars come with unlimited mileage. His manager should listen to his CALL LOGS and CUSTOMER TELEPHONE RECORDINGS (8/19/2020) of what he says and doesn’t deliver. I’m pretty sure none of the managers care, due to the low ratings that I’ve just noticed of this dealership. Rafael said and promised over the phone BEFORE I MADE A EARLY APPOINTMENT that there is LOANERS available, and for us to just “Come in and we will be taken care of”. I arrive 5 min early, some person outside greets us and calls Rafael over the intercom and says he will come out. I wait, nothing..... I go inside, the vibe was unfortunately negative already when he tried to “welcome” me. He told me that he never promised a loaner car over the phone. Well then? Just go back to your phone recording and listen to your own lie. To say something and not stand for it, made me feel I was in a battle about truth, I was in a shock. I need a car while my car is was supposed to be repaired, what are you talking about? We went over this before I came in! It doesn’t matter if you offer me coffee or a Lyft home and back, what matters is what you promised and couldn’t keep, and also had the dignity to say: “I never said that” with a clean face. The lack of emotions, sympathy and lying straight in my face, if you’re not happy working there, apply for somewhere else that doesn’t require customer service. Your department is called service, which doesn’t only apply for cars, it applies to you too giving it to your customers. Show some enthusiasm, positivity and more polite customer service. We all have bad days, just don’t show it at work. Right there and then I knew I had to leave. Take your business to another service advisor, or dealer. This is not healthy in the long run, lies upon lies, Micky Mouse dealership. I got fed up and had to leave. More
