They avoid accountability after they sell their used cars that actually have major underlying problems. I don't know how they allow used cars in such terrible condition to be sold on the lot. Manager Pano and staff are all the sudden hard to reach post-sale. Im sure they know the costly repairs it'll take for them but they wait til its bought and craps out on the customer. Also read the fine print, they try to pull a fast one changing all the figures on the paperwork. More
I have a 2017 Audi A6, that I leased from this dealership and it's coming due pretty soon so I've been looking into turning the car in to get into another lease. I was working with JC, on a couple of differ and it's coming due pretty soon so I've been looking into turning the car in to get into another lease. I was working with JC, on a couple of different vehicles and he was cordial helping me out. He worked out a deal to get me into one of the cars last month but, I wanted more time to think about it as my lease is not due yet. As I contacted him again because I wanted to go over some new numbers of perhaps paying down my current lease, he said he didn't see the point because I walked away from his best scenario. What a lazy xxx salesman he is. I told him he just lost my business. You would think after being closed for a month or so, that car salesman would not throw any business away but, that's exactly what he did. I'm probably going to get a BMW, instead of getting another Audi. Horrible salesmanship!!! More

Spoke to somebody else and told him my situation said sorry the car is sold “as is” nothing we can do lousy customer service. Bait and Switch Gary Dannenbaum Lease Maturity Manager, Gary, you appear to be a good person, however, I am not pleased with the run-a-round you and your Audi sal Gary Dannenbaum Lease Maturity Manager, Gary, you appear to be a good person, however, I am not pleased with the run-a-round you and your Audi sales people and management gave to myself and my maintenance manager for 2+ hours today! 1. You specifically told me the truck had an 8’ bed when after we drove for 1 hour to your location it was only 6’ long - not acceptable! 2. You said you would give me a good deal if I drove out to your location, which I did with all good intentions. 3. You and your manager shook on a deal at $26,000 if I financed it for 6 months, which I agreed to after you and he beat me down for 30-40 minutes. 4. However, when the time came for you to honor the deal, your were both unprofessional in telling me that I could not co-buy the truck after telling me we could co-buy the truck in an effort to keep the insurance in his name instead of mine for Liability reasons! 5. When you told me that you were breaking the deal that your boss and you agreed to with a hand shake, I advised you to uphold your agreement and allow me to pay you cash for the truck and you refused Very disappointed and waste of time and money for my maintenance supervisor and myself after so many hours in the Los Angeles traffic. I hope you don’t treat you other customers like this when they drive out to meet you as you asked on the phone and are ready to pay cash , and tell them sorry for the switch and bait! More

We drove more than 100 miles to see a particular car, and Michael and the Finance Manager Razi Delijani were extremely patient and helpful working with us, even staying late to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. The car is wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with both the purchase and the experience. Would recommend working with this team again, and hope that when we're in the market again in a few years we can work with them again. Have already recommended them to my best friend, who will be buying a car in the next few months. More

Doesnt matter if your a disabled vet, so I dont think they have a moral or ethical limit or compass. Also I think they could use some retraining to know the difference between Cost, Wholesale, and MSRP. The cars are great, but without morality or ethical business, I would recommend going anywhere else. More

I was buying from out of state and we arrived at an agreed price and arrangement on the phone. Submitted all required credit information and payment was in place. I was waiting for them to arrange for transport and send me the sale agreement to finalize. everything was agree upon. After three days I contacted the sales manager Pano and was told he did not think he could sale me the car because it was involved in an accident on the dealership premises and there was significant front-end damage. REALLYY??? The story was not creditable and made no sense to me so I asked for pictures to be sent to me of the damaged vehicle and was told they would send them. Significant front-end damage from a parking lot incident, hmm. I was told they would follow up the next day and let me know exactly where thing stood after fully evaluating the damage. I have been waiting 3 days now and still now pictures. No one is taking my calls or responding to my emails HOWEVER the car is listed as sold on their website. Since no one at the dealership has had the courtesy to contact me and tell me what really happened. I can only assume they decide not to honor our deal and sold the car to some one else and then fabricated a story. Do not waste your time trying to buy a car at this dealership when there are many reputable dealerships to choose from. More

My problem is with the intake and inspections on their trade in vehicles and the terrible condition they allow these vehicles to be sold in. I recently flew out here from Las Vegas to purchase a 2013 Edge. I received a Carfax that showed this vehicle had no accidents and was informed that it was transferred there from DCH Oxnard. With that said, this review also reflects the poor standards and lack of integrity coming from DCH Oxnard. When I arrived in Vegas the next day, I decided that I wanted to get rid of the front license plate. When I grabbed on the license plate frame, I felt the grill was loose. I then looked lower through the grill and could see that my AC condenser was bent in along with the metal front crossmember that connects to both frame rails. I threw the vehicle up on my ramps and removed the front bumper cover which was extremely easy to do. Once I removed the cover, I observed the front lower crossmember pushed through the radiator core support, A/C condenser, radiator and electric cooling fans. One fan continuously runs and the other does not. I then looked beneath the vehicle and could see (unrelated to this damage) a HUGE collection of fluid near the transmission. I investigated further on that and then determined that the fluid was leaking from the passenger axle seal. I drove 300 miles like this! Unbelievable. The next day, I ended up taking this to a body shop and was quoted almost $1900 to repair NOT including another $600-800 for the axle leak! Suddenly my $12k Edge now became a $15k Edge in a matter of minutes. I don't have that kind of money to fix this. But wait, there's more! Knowing the axle was leaking fluid, I decided to drain and fill the transmission. Upon draining the fluid (which should be red) I discovered it was BLACK and smelled burnt. NOT good for a transmission and will affect the longevity of it. What a nightmare this has been. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a used vehicle from these dealers. It's 100% obvious now that they literally take these vehicles in as a trade and slap a for sale sticker on them. NO inspections whatsoever. That's a terrible business model to have and no customer deserves to unknowingly purchase a vehicle with hidden structural front end damage. This vehicle is not mechanically sound or safe. Unfortunately, I purchased it as-is with no legal recourse. While I may have lost out on several thousand $$$, I have no doubt in my mind that this review will prevent others from purchasing a vehicle from an auto chain that literally has no integrity or values. Go elsewhere, auto dealers are a dime a dozen. More
