Quick & Easy I wanted to take the time to write a review because this place honestly deserved it. I came in on a Thursday needing to ask questions. I had just go I wanted to take the time to write a review because this place honestly deserved it. I came in on a Thursday needing to ask questions. I had just gotten my first lease three years ago and it was time for me to either trade up or turn it in. I was not exactly sure how the process worked so I was like "Let me go ask so I know my options." I came in, and first person I ran into was Michael M. He was sitting in his desk and he approaches me, asking me if I needed any help to which I accepted. I had told him I was maybe thinking of buying out my car or maybe leasing depending how much the new lease would be. He was like "Okay, what do you look for in a car or do you have anything specific you want to see?" I told him what I was looking for and he quickly told me to come check out the kind of vehicles they had to offer he felt would most suit me. And then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted to go test drive some of them. We ended up trying a few cars but he nailed it with the first one we tried. We end up going back inside, and he laid out all my options whether I decide to buy out my old lease or get a new car I was interested. The one thing I do want to recognize is how thorough he was. He took the time to cover the breakdown of what I am being what or would be charged, plus he wasn't pushy at all. I've gone to dealers where you feel the sales people are just trying to make a sale and pushing their agenda on you. The whole time, he was very courteous and receptive to my concerns. Needless to say, he ended up giving me a better deal than they originally told me and I walked out with a new car with a less of a payment - in less than two hours. I am amazed at how fast these people work. You get in, you get out. I don't know about any of you but if I am in a dealer for more than a few hours, I'll end up leaving. We spent more time going over my options and trying out vehicles than actually going thru the paperwork. Everyone here was so kind and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Carl, the guy who helped me with my payment, also very courteous. Forgive me but I do not remember the general managers name however, this guy even got me a free sweater for having to wait on finance to finish up the paperwork. I thought I got good service at the first dealer I went to get my lease on the Audi I traded in, I got excellent service here. I hope someone reads this and recognizes these people for their customer service. Thank you. I'm definitely recommending this place to my friends and family in the future. More

Car I wanted, deal I wanted. Thanks Michael Massoud! I got my 2018 S4 lease last night from Michael Massoud at Audi Calabasas. I also traded in my 2014 Q5 TDI that is involved in the diesel lawsuit. I I got my 2018 S4 lease last night from Michael Massoud at Audi Calabasas. I also traded in my 2014 Q5 TDI that is involved in the diesel lawsuit. I got my price on the new car right away, and negotiated a price on my trade in that I thought was really fair. Michael patiently answered all of my questions about leasing. I have bought a lot of cars before, but this was my first lease. He made sure he understood where I needed clarification, and I felt I totally understood the details by the end. Carl in financing was also extremely helpful re lease when I got to his office. Bottom line: I had an excellent experience and got exactly the car I wanted at exactly the deal I wanted. Michael is a total professional, is fair and treats customers with respect. He and the new sales manager, Pondo (sp?), went out of their way to help me get the car that day. There were three aspects of the deal that I thought would delay me getting the car at least 2 days. I highly recommend Michael Massoud as well as Calabasas Audi. They will treat you fairly and without any of the sleazy tactics I've seen in some other dealers in the past. More
