Very rough experience, to keep it short and concise the salesman was very nice and pleasant, the car we purchased had a new problem every month, after being promised few time and assured that everything in the car works perfectly…. We had to sell the car after only a mere 3 months because 80% of the time the car was being serviced and instead of audi giving us a fair buy back offer to make amends they low balled us in several offers through the negotiation and still gave us way lower than Autonation’s straight up first offer.
