On June 6, 2023, I inquired about a Tesla and Will Woods reached out to me regarding this vehicle. I tried my best to get all the information regarding this vehicle from Woods but his expertise on Teslas w reached out to me regarding this vehicle. I tried my best to get all the information regarding this vehicle from Woods but his expertise on Teslas was not up to par to answer my questions in a way that would allow me to make a solid decision on whether to move forward with the purchase or not. (Keep in mind, their website did not have any information regarding the vehicle either so I had to go out of my way to find the information out). Will and I went back and forth on the matter of this vehicle for a couple of weeks, especially with the pricing of the vehicle and I reached a point where I requested to speak with a manager. I received a call from store manager James Crawford. After getting the solid details of the vehicle from James, I decided to move forward with the purchase of this vehicle and negotiated my way into this deal. We came to a mutual agreement on a price and I put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle while I made plans to book my flight, hotel and rental car to travel to Ohio and finalize the deal in-person. This dealer, their staff and their General manager (George McCarley), Finance manager (Becky Rivera), salesman (Will Woods), and second manager (James Crawford) is a bunch of xxxxxxx, from being unprofessional to lie over lies. This dealer made me comes all the way from Virginia to Ohio for the purchase of a Tesla. Arriving there after booking airline ticket, hotels etc this dealer lied about everything they spoke with me prior booking and arrival to the dealer. It's a long story but their service, unprofessionalism, knowledge and experience are at zero level. More

I would recommend Audi Bedford to anyone looking for a car. Everyone was friendly, and there was no pressure to get a car if it wasn’t your first choice. I was very comfortable in dealing with our salesman, William Woods. He was not a high pressure salesman and puts the customer at ease to make their own decision. He follows through on his sales and cont William Woods. He was not a high pressure salesman and puts the customer at ease to make their own decision. He follows through on his sales and continues to work with you even after the sale is completed. I would highly recommend him if you are interested in an Audi and do not want to be high pressured. The finance department was good to work with also. Again no high pressure. Had very little contact with Jeff Reuss the sales manager but he was easy to talk to. I didn’t appreciate his value on my trade in but I chalk that up to him doing his job. More
