Brand new vehicle, tires out of balance causing vibration. The dealer close (Middleburg Heights) to me told me they rebalanced them and sent me home. But it would still vibrate. That this is a relatively small sports car with a stiff suspension, low profile tires('21 A5 - 245/40R18), I am using dynamic mode.... So I figure to try a second opinion at Bedford, where I purchased.... Jason the service manager, drove the car himself, confirmed the symptoms, told me it should be a simple fix, scheduled me a week later, gave me a loaner and fixed it. If you had a bad experience elsewhere like I did, I'd suggest trying the Bedford guys. "Honest" and "friendly" is what comes to mind More

I just bought a certified used Audi from here. Don’t do it. They lied to me about the car being certified. The brakes were bad when I test drove it. I mentioned it to the shister sales man.
