I was driving my Audi A6 from Buffalo to Cleveland and during the trip my oil light went on. I stopped as soon as I could and added the amount of oil recommended by the system. After a day I received a during the trip my oil light went on. I stopped as soon as I could and added the amount of oil recommended by the system. After a day I received a car notification that I need to reduce the amount of oil in the system. I immediately then brought my car to the Audi Bedford dealership. The service I received by Jason Sweeney and his team was absolutely outstanding and truly the reason why I own an Audi in the first place. Jason diagnosed the issue and confirmed there was in fact too much oil in the system. He was able to fit me in for an oil change even though it was late in the day and the service department was closing soon. Jason’s service team performed an oil change and overall check of my car so I could return to Buffalo worry free. Anthony Ravida and Alison LaManna checked me out with a smile and I was on my way within an hour of bringing my car in. I am grateful to Jason and his service team for giving me the highest level of service possible…they did a great job. Thanks again! More
