Brand new vehicle, tires out of balance causing vibration. The dealer close (Middleburg Heights) to me told me they rebalanced them and sent me home. But it would still vibrate. That this is a relatively small sports car with a stiff suspension, low profile tires('21 A5 - 245/40R18), I am using dynamic mode.... So I figure to try a second opinion at Bedford, where I purchased.... Jason the service manager, drove the car himself, confirmed the symptoms, told me it should be a simple fix, scheduled me a week later, gave me a loaner and fixed it. If you had a bad experience elsewhere like I did, I'd suggest trying the Bedford guys. "Honest" and "friendly" is what comes to mind More
I just bought a certified used Audi from here. Don’t do it. They lied to me about the car being certified. The brakes were bad when I test drove it. I mentioned it to the shister sales man. It’s certified, we will fix anything wrong with the car. I scheduled to have it fixed. Now they want me to pay $3,000.00 to fix their “certified” car before I can even get plates for it. They are the worst place I have ever bought a car from. Don’t do it. I promise you will regret it. More

.I have leased 4 new Audi cars from this dealership over the past 9 years. I always service my cars there also. This past Friday, I had the 10,000 mile service along with the recall kit scheduled a month in the past 9 years. I always service my cars there also. This past Friday, I had the 10,000 mile service along with the recall kit scheduled a month in advance. My car was picked up at my home and a loaner car was dropped off as requested. Never in all of the years of utilizing this dealership for service has the service been as terrible. The person who dropped my car off failed to place a paper covering on my seat prior to getting in the car. He returned my car unvacummed and dirty. My seat was not placed back to the original setting. I had to scramble to locate the radio station that was set prior to pickup. I was very disappointed that my car had not been vacuumed. It was the principle and a service I have come to expect with the expensive oil change. I will utilize another Audi dealership for service and leasing in the future. More

He asked for a no return deposit. I told him a relative in Cleveland will view the car for me the next day then we could move forward on the deal. He emailed at 9:25am, saying that the car was sold from a (am appointment. He had my phone number, he should have called me at 9am or 9:25. Wow! I called him later and that's when he told me that it was sold on the spot from a walk-in. STRANGE!!!!! The car is still listed on their site and all others. Oh well, God is good any way. More
