Very disappointed Alright so the crap I have been dealing with, Atlantic Audi west islip New York. Begin the whole buying process on January 12, 2019. Found the car I w Alright so the crap I have been dealing with, Atlantic Audi west islip New York. Begin the whole buying process on January 12, 2019. Found the car I wanted and called and put a $500 deposit and had a $9500 wire sent to them for the down deposit on the car. I have numbered the conversation with the salesperson to make things easier to explain and show the process. I was never informed that the title would take over two weeks to receive from NYS. To my understanding I could finish the paper work and have the car shipped out early the next week. I asked for an update on that money (text message 1) and was told they were just wanting on the title from NYS, every other car purchase that I have done this has only taken a few hours to do. I texted back a few days later on Thursday the 17th and was told that they had the electronic release then and was told it would only be a matter of days. Messaged back on Saturday (message 3) and was told there was not any update and it would be mid next week. I am Frustrated at this because it has been over a week since I have wired the money and credit card hold. The car should have never been offered for sale until they had the title in hand. And the week delay has me pretty angry, as you can see in text message four. I messaged back the following Wednesday and Thursday and still no update. I messaged at 10:38 am on Friday telling them to refund me my $9500 wire and $500 credit card hold. The sales person said this would be taken care of. Which was not because I messaged back at 3:51 asking if it had been sent yet that my account has not been credited. I then got a phone call by the Supposed sales manager that ask what he could do and I repeatedly told him to refund me my money. He said he would take care of it and I would see it by the end of the day. Nothing showed up so I called on Saturday and spoke with Vinny Licata (sales manager )which gave me his word that it would be sent on Monday morning and I would have it by 11am. I called at 1pm because it was not in my account and got an excuse that he was busy and he had sent someone to the bank at 1230 to send it. Which I find out later was a lie. Fast forward to 6 pm Monday where I called and ask where the money was. This time I spoke with Rich Healy and he told me that the person that send the wire was out sick on Monday and he would find something on Tuesday. He called me on Tuesday saying that they could not wire the money and if they could send a check. I said that was find. They were awaiting a second signature for the check and would over night it( or so he says. Got home from work at 530pm tonight and guess what no check. Called the dealership and got told he was on the phone and he would call me back. Which he didn’t , so I called back an hour later and talked with him finally. Said that it was sent today and he would have an update for me tomorrow on how they sent it. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with Atlantic Audi. They will not communicate effectively with you and will jerk you around. More
Amazing experience with Ben Coopersmith I just picked up my son’s new SQ5. Ben was amazing. He was knowledgeable, thourogh and patient. I wouldn’t buy an Audi from anyone but him. Anna Jastrzebska in Sales was great. Anna was a pleasure to deal with and was the primary reason we bought the car. However, when we picked up the car it took just over an hour (Inc Anna was a pleasure to deal with and was the primary reason we bought the car. However, when we picked up the car it took just over an hour (Including 45 minutes waiting) to get all of the paperwork signed with the the finance manager. We were the only people picking up the car and spent 45 minutes with Anna so I was not pleased that we had to wait. No one else was picking up a car so I can't figure out why we were sitting there waiting. I hope that the service department is more caring. More

Yes, I had to purchase elsewhere to get the exact car I wanted, however, I did so knowing I could get top notch service at Atlantic. More
