Buy or lease here BUT do not use Service Dept Bought a Pre owned car here Car is great sales and loan people great but stay away from Service Dept ! Not honest , and since this is the third time they attempted to take my money I thought I’d now had enough xxxxxxxx ! After bringing car in for recall repairs beware of “ The Phone Call “ they really need to actually check the things they claim is wrong with car before calling about them . Specially since I changed the cabin and motor air filters this week ! Why would I believe anything they say after that !!!!! They said last time it went for a recall , that I needed new rim because the lug nut was stripped and they neede to cut rim to get it off . I said no !!! Took car to a service station and they got the nut off in under 1 second ! And gave me a free lug nut replacement. The Service Dept tells more stories then books .. but you can buy and lease here and feel respected .. More

Very poor The dealership tried to pressure me into financing when I wanted to pay cash. Once the car was delivered it had three scratches on the hood. When I arrived on the day of the appointment the service department was not aware of the reason for the appointment. The vehicle sat for an entire day because nobody advised me I was supposed to bring my “we owe”. After a week the hood was repaired. After I retrieved the vehicle, I noticed the driver side floor mat was missing. I called to inquire about it. The service advisor said she would look into it. It’s been two days, I haven’t heard from her since. More
