We bought an Audi A4 in August and the incorrect color was put on the title and registration. It is now almost January and I just received the title but still have not received the registration. When we received the registration we immediately called our sales person John Triglia, who said as long as the VIN is correct it really doesn't matter, but we wanted a corrected registration. He said we would have the corrected one in 3 weeks. Three weeks later I speak with Tony (manager of new car sales) He said he would check into it, no response back prompts another phone call by me. This time I ask to speak to the General manager of this dealership, the person answering the phone states the general manager is Justin, so I speak with Justin and again he is going to check into it and call me back. I call again and the person answering the phone says to me, you need to speak with Kristi in the motor vehicle dept. So I speak with Kristi and then Jonh Cuozzo (sales manager) calls back and says I need to bring in a copy of the title...This is the end of November and this is the first time I am hearing they need a copy of my title. We bring the copy of the title and 5 weeks later receive the title with the correct information. Now I am hoping that I receive my registration soon since I do not have a registration on the car since the temporary one expired 2 weeks after I bought the car. Recently when I spoke with Kristi to see if she heard anything from the DMV, she was quite abrupt and said, I will not hear from them it will come directly to you. Yes, being in the medical field I should have known how the DMV and car dealerships operate. The one thing that irritates me the most is that once the sales department got their commission they could care less what the problem was. If I was directed to the correct person from the beginning and not given the it will take 3 weeks and obviouly he never told anyone in the DMV or they would have told him they needed the title. I do NOT recommend Atlantic Audi to anyone. Go with the smaller dealership and get personalized service. More
