I recently purchased the 2013 Audi Q5 at Atlantic Audi in West Islip. Brad Worksman was my salesperson. He was very nice and very helpful. He answered any questions I had and was extremely helpful when I picked up my car as far as explaining everything to me in detail. He called me the next day to see how I was doing with the car. He helped me get paperwork to insurance company and called me back to let me know that it was all taken care of. He told me to call him if I had any problems or needed any help. Greg Rubin helped me with the financial part of the sale. He was also very helpful in taking care of all the paperwork. Adnan and Omar helped me find a car that was suitable with my budget, they were professional, but with a tang of humor, as it should be. If it wasn't for those two individuals courtesy and well though with my budget, they were professional, but with a tang of humor, as it should be. If it wasn't for those two individuals courtesy and well thought of advice I might have bought a car somewhere else. I would recommend Audi of West Islip, NY everyday of the week and twice on Sunday, they are that good; and, if your lucky enough to find yourself with a Adnan or Omar to assist you in your dream car, you will be lucky indeed. I've had some major troubles with my 2010 A6, so this was the 5th visit to Atlantic's service department in the past few months. Each time a different problem presents itself. This time, my advisor was was the 5th visit to Atlantic's service department in the past few months. Each time a different problem presents itself. This time, my advisor was Kevin Chamberlain, who is also the service manager. Kevin immediately took ownership of my problem and did all that he could to have it resolved in a timely manner. He arranged for a loaner car with only a moments notice, and thoroughly explained what the mechanics found on my vehicle. I cannot recommend Atlantic Audi's service department enough. They really are a group of spectacular, caring individuals, who go out of their way for the customer. More
