Everything is slow in this dealership. Response through emails or phone calls are slow. When I actually decided to go there to discuss pricing, it took hours for every other offers presented. Meanwhile all offers come out to the same final number, just making it sound different. I've noticed that not just for me but other customers sitting and waiting for hours there during my visit. I'd stay away from this dealership. They're friendly but it's just a waste of time going there even just hoping to get a fair deal. More

Just got my car back after a month long repair that involved getting parts from Audi in Germany , shipping delays, and a very complicated engine repair. John DiGiovanni was a star throughout the entire ordeal. His professional, genuine, and caring manner made the entire process as stress free as possible. John called me several times each week updating me on the status of the repair--even if there was no news to give. He obtained a brand new Q5 loaner which I was able to keep the whole month. He stayed on top of the repair issues and made me feel very relaxed about a very complicated issue. I would highly recommend John and the service department at Atlantic Audi as they are the epitome of professionalism and customer satisfaction. More

I reside in Long Beach and lost my 2 year old IS250 Lexus to Hurricane Sandy. I needed to purchase a replacement immediately and all I knew is that I wanted to go with an SUV. The IS250 ended up not reliable as I had to replace three (3) fairly new tires because of New York potholes. Under tremendous pressure I shopped around at different car dealers on Long Island looking for someone I felt comfortable with and that I could trust. Ammar’s initial presentation made the experience natural to commit to and give him the business. Throughout the process, Ammar was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Where most car dealers sat me down and dove right into the numbers, Ammar was generous with his time and gave me a thorough background on the car. The Q5 features can get confusing when you start the order process, but Ammar was patient and accommodating. They gave me a loaner while waiting on my new car which was extremely helpful and generous. I also worked briefly with one of the manager’s - Justin – who was professional, fair and understanding. My Q5 drives really nicely and has plenty of cool “James Bond” features. The product and service can not be surpassed. Thank you very much for providing me with a very positive experience. More
The salesman initial detailing of description of vehicle could have been much slower as he was speaking and going through demonstration to fast to keep up. I bought a beautiful used 2005 Porsche Boxster S from Ammar (salesman) through the Internet and over the phone. WE agreed on price but when I got there to pick the car up (nearly 3 hours from my home and Ammar (salesman) through the Internet and over the phone. WE agreed on price but when I got there to pick the car up (nearly 3 hours from my home and over $300 in car fee to get there), the price that we agreed to was changed significantly. I was informed by the finance team that I was subject to "internet finance charge" even though I paid for the car 100% - CASH! No financing required by the dealer. After going back and forth with the finance people and no help from the salesman (Ammar), I relented to increase the price by nearly $700. And oh by the way, this all took over two hours of painful waiting and continual adjusting of numbers and confusing offers of tire and wheel coverage to help offset the higher cost, and just one of the most painful experiences ever. (I'm 58 and have bought over 20 cars in 40 years). And then there is more. While waiting thru this completely unprofessional and unethical finance process, I discovered that the radio and CD player did not work. Salesman told me it was most likely a blown fuse but insisted that the service department was unwilling or unable to fix it. I needed to go to a Prosche dealer on my own to get it fixed. Are you kidding me! Trained Audi service techs cant change out a blown fuse? Just One More Way that this experience, at this dealer, was as bad as it gets. There was a home made CD jammed in the player which I removed myself and changed the two fuses. Took about 10 minutes. The dealer refused to look at this for me even though I was spending over $30K - CASH for the car. So, I would not recommend Atlantic Audi. I would like to hear from someone in management about the whole transaction process since none were available the day that I was there. I was told they were all at a Golf Event. Very dissappointing to say the least. More
My experience at Atlantic Audi began three years ago with the lease of my first S5 cabriolet. To my pleasant surprise, I was contacted by the dealer 6 months in advance to electively turn in my vehicle earl the lease of my first S5 cabriolet. To my pleasant surprise, I was contacted by the dealer 6 months in advance to electively turn in my vehicle early and enter into an new agreement for no more money than I currently pay. Liz, in slaes was my contact person, and delivered all promised items. She proved to be honest, communicative and accommodating. The deal was ratified by the finance office headed by Greg and the manager of the dealership, Justin. Upon delevery of the car, Charles and Liz of sales went the extra mile to set up my audi connect and transfer my sirrius radio account. cahrles was pariticularly knowledgable and helpful. The aforementioned parites proved to be , pleasant and accouantable individuals with whom it was a pleasure doing business. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any one interested in the brand, or competing brand. More
