This morning's experience at Atlantic Audi was great. I have been driving and servicing vehicles for over 30 years and have never experienced a visit like today. The staff was kind and courtious they ans I have been driving and servicing vehicles for over 30 years and have never experienced a visit like today. The staff was kind and courtious they answered all my questions except for why the Southern State was so bad to travel on. I have not stopped raving about the service all day. Thanks to traffic on the highway I arrived late for my appointment, the staff said it was ok and that it wouldn't take but an hour to get the job done. Sure enough at the 45 minute mark John said "ok all done". Great job keep up the good work. More

This morning I drove the car to Atlantic Audi, met Alex, he said my car i annual service. I made an appoint for this Friday (April 19), a week ago.. This morning I drove the car to Atlantic Audi, met Alex, he said my car is also need a 25,000 miles or 3 inspection. He gave an estimate. There was loaner car waiting for me. I dropped the car and took the loaner home. I got a call from Alex that my car also needed windshield wiper blades. I told him to install it. The car ready at 2 PM. I went picked my car, after the service they and kept the car nice and clean. Great to serice your Audi and very friendly people. More

Ammar and his colleagues worked hard to make sure I had all of the paperwork I needed and was able to take the car with me right away that day (it was on a Saturday). Of special note was Ammar's stick-to-it nature when helping me with some sticky issues that I encountered with my insurance company. It was all worked out, even though I set my personal all-time record for the time I took to purchase a car (not the dealership's fault).
