I live in New York City, i am surrounded by 3 Audi dealerships, which are no more than a 15 minute drive (lets not name them but it shouldn't be hard to figure out). None of these dealerships will see dealerships, which are no more than a 15 minute drive (lets not name them but it shouldn't be hard to figure out). None of these dealerships will see my face again. As of now i will drive the 45 miles (two hours in traffic) to Atlantic Audi!!! My 2010 A4 has been to the dealerships close by and each one gave me the same sorry excuse the next day, "we cannot replicate the problem, but we washed it for you" all the while being pressured into doing an oil change because my oil is "filthy" (while it was changed: BY ME 3 DAYS PRIOR!) I took the trip out to Atlantic Audi and was greeted by John in service who assured me that the car will be repaired, and gave me a beautiful loner to drive around while the repairs were taking place. The next day John called me, to tell me that they are going to keep the car for a few more days; my turbo was malfunctioning so it was being replaced, they also found a problem with my water pump (replaced), and power steering lines (replaced). All under warranty of course. All of this after 3 other dealerships found NOTHING wrong with the car, and kept telling it that it must be the way i drive. Atlantic Audi; John in particular has brought me upon a new standard of professionalism. A dealership is only as good as it's staff, and Atlantic Audi is truly a diamond in the rough. Atlantic Audi; you have earned a loyal customer; when the time comes i will be back to trade in my car for a new one. Thank you! More

My Audi service experience was excellent. I was given a next day appointment when I discovered that my 2008 Q7 needed brake pads. Brought my S4 in for 5k service, first time using Atlantic Audi. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They had a loaner A4 waiting for me, which was nice. When I owned a previous Audi, which I had purchased from Huntington Audi, the loaner can provided to me was a PT Cruiser. It was nice to have a loaner of at least the same brand this time around. The 5k service was completed without any hiccups and done rather quickly as well. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and will be bringing the car back for the next scheduled maintenance. More

Dishonest on price of car and deal made wasn't what was on contract. Charge my cc as a deposit and then refused to refund deposit because they needed the money for deal meanwhile if price agreed was wh was on contract.
