Exceptional Service, a year after Exceptional Sales. I just wanted to drop a quick line about the excellent Service I recieved from Frank. I brought in my 2010 Audi A5, for a common issue with the key lo I just wanted to drop a quick line about the excellent Service I recieved from Frank. I brought in my 2010 Audi A5, for a common issue with the key lock not working correctly. From the time I called over the phone I was offered a loaner car. After speaking with Frank upon my arrival (Whom has always provided me with the utmost superb customer service), a few quick forms were filled out, and he pulled up in my loaner car (An audi A7, WOW!!!) I was impressed, and shocked at the same time. By the time my car was fixed, I had to fight to bring back the A7 (Impressive sales technique, as now My A5 feels inferior lol). Frank provided me with constent updates and made sure that everything was handled directly with my Insurance provider for costs.. Frank is Outstanding, and I am now on a mission to somehow afford upgrading to the A7 (Hey, Atlantic Audi, throw me a deal, lol) For this and more, I will drive past every other audi dealership, and drive an hour away to get to Atlantic Audi for any of my needs on my beautiful car!!!!! More

The entire service staff (main contact is John) is friendly, accommodating and honest about repairs needed. Often telling me a certain repair item could be handled at a later date instead of immediately. When it came time to buy my next car, I stayed loyal to the group that kept me happy over the past 5 years. I was introduced to Flavio (sales associate) who made the experience so pleasurable and so different than a typical "used car salesman" approach. Even when it came to the "extras" discussion with Omar, it remained a no pressure conversation with great suggestions given to me. The Audi brand speaks for itself, but not all locations are the same. Atlantic Audi does it right - making the customer feel special. More

Would not recommend this dealership Sales and Service Dept are beyond incompetent. Sales dept lost my window sticker and put the wrong color on my bill of sale so when I received my titl Sales and Service Dept are beyond incompetent. Sales dept lost my window sticker and put the wrong color on my bill of sale so when I received my title it was the wrong color. They also failed to send a copy of the bill of sale and window sticker to my insurance which almost caused my insurance company to drop my full coverage. As for service, they scratched one of my wheels while repairing a slow leak in my tire. Then as they were repairing the first wheel they scratched, a second tire repair was needed which resulting in another scratched wheel. They then had to refinish two of my wheels because of the damage they caused which is now peeling because it was not refinished properly. So now I am left with a wheel that was damaged by the dealership, was already repaired once, but has the finish peeling off, and a dealership that is unwilling to rectify the situation. Not to mention my vehicle is only 4 months old. More
