Fantastic Dealer I live two hours away from this dealer. One phone call to find out about a car that I saw on the internet and then it was out of my mind. That is until Lauren called me to follow up the next day. They were persistent but not pushy. They made me a great deal and then delivered the car to me the very next day. Lauren then met me in my office, completed the paperwork in about 15 minutes with me and then went to my parking lot to learn about all the gadgets that my new Audi A8 L had. Customer service is the name of the game and Lauren earned my respect. Despite being 2 hours away, they have certainly earned my loyalty and I will be reaching out to Atlantic Audi and more specifically Lauren when I buy the next vehicle. You should know that another dealer that I was talking to sent me an automated letter that arrived Monday thanking me for stopping by their dealership. It was way to little a little to late. There is no substitute for real human contact. This isn't my first high end German auto. I currently have a Mercedes GL and had another GL prior to this. I have also had the Mercedes ML and the E class. I have recently had the BMW X5 and my wife currently has a Infinity QX 80. None of which have impressed me with their quality. In fact I do not think I will ever buy a Mercedes again. However, the new Audi has an understated exterior (discrete) and a very impressive interior. While owning it less than a week, it certainly raises my eyebrow. I would recommend that anyone looking for a high end German auto consider the Audi and call Lauren at Atlantic Audi to try and make a deal. -Britt J. Simon More

I can go on and on how horrible their service department treats you.. and not to mention when you call the service manager John because you had numerous unpleasant experiences he NEVER calls you back! So much for excellent customer service.. They are the worst, and treat you like you know nothing. Crooks from the very beginning I should of known when I purchased the car that I put well over 1500$ in two years because every time I would bring it in for a scheduled service they would give me something else wrong with it.. The best is when they call u (frank) over the phone and tell you that they found something that needs repairs and will cost me $1000 over the phone. .. ha so when I brought it to my mechanic for a second opinion because there was no way I was paying that over phone ... he said nothing was wrong with it! Yea rip you off and never call back or give you any information. Oh and when they give you a loaner.. NOBODY EVER CALLS TO SAY WHEN ITS READY.... THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 4 DAYS AT ONE TIME AND IT WAS READY AFTER 2 AND I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL! what kind of service is that? I had my Audi a4 for two years a few months n got rid of it because I never want to deal with that dealership again. .. plus they sold me a lemon when they claimed it was "certified" Liars, thief's, and I recommend if you buy an Audi... DONT GO TO WEST ISLIP! More

Michael Abu was very attentive and considerate of my needs and made the experience purposeful, expedient, and enjoyable. Richard Healy helped me make some important decisions which were very much appreciated, and was a great guy as well. Lastly, Omar Azizi finalized the purchase with a great dose of enthusiam, humor, and drive and moved me through the process to completion in a relaxed and enjoyable manner. Overall, this was another great experience with Atlantic Audi and I will continue to utilize and refer others to them as before without hesitation. Thanks to all involved and I look forward to working with them again for my next Audi. More
