Bait and switch approach I was looking for a used car for my 67 year old Mom. I tried a small used car dealership and got some sleazy sales tactics including accepting a depo I was looking for a used car for my 67 year old Mom. I tried a small used car dealership and got some sleazy sales tactics including accepting a deposit for a car, then telling me the next day they couldn't sell it to me for safety reason but they'd be happy to show me another car (aka someone else showed up after me and offered more money for the same car). After that I decided to try a reputable dealership to avoid the hassle and uncertainty. On NY Auto Giant I saw a car at Atlantic Audi that meet my budget. My daughter and I went to Atlantic Audi and met with Phil VanDeusen to test drive the used car. The test drive went well and I put down a deposit pending review by my mechanic. The next day...Phil called to tell me THEY COULDN'T SELL ME THE CAR because it needed another $4,500 in repairs and wasn't safe without those repairs, so they couldn't sell it to me...but they'd be glad to show me another car. SERIOUSLY! I spoke to the used car sales manager, Richard Healy, to find out how/why they had the car on the website for sale and even worse, allowed me and my nine year old daughter to test drive an unsafe, unsalable car. In short, the answer was too bad, so sad try again. I will never buy a car from any Atlantic dealership and will advise family, friends, co-workers, colleagues, and anyone else about the unprofessional and poor treatment I received at the Atlantic Audi dealership. More

These Guys are great. I had such a great experience. Vince and Omar made this a great experience for me and had everything wrapped up in a very timely fashion. I feel they went out of their way to accommodate me. These days it is hard to find good customer service but Vince earned his stripes as a 5 star salesman. I love my A3. Alex should be fired. I'm in the market for an A7 so I was in the neighborhood figured I would stop down drive it maybe put a deal together. That wasn't the case. I was there for about 10 minutes waiting for a lazy salesperson to get up and help me out. Finally Alex comes over and asks me my name and if I know anything about the car. I had to ask him for his because he didn't introduce himself. I currently drive a Lexus so I guess to Alex my 500$ payment on my Lexus immediately means I can't afford an A7. He goes to me laughing "do you know the prices on the A7" totally unprofessional. Pre judging me and turned a buyer right into a lost sale. I left immediately and will never return there again or send any business there. I'm in the business and I would never treat a customer like that especially in a high line car dealership. More
