Purchased an 05 Dodge Grand Caravan Sxt from Armory. 3 weeks into ownership we had a knocking coming in during turns. ended up being a bad strut and upper strut plate bearing. Everything went well, our only complaint is the extended warranty wasn't explained well. We assumed it was like a factory warranty and later found out there was a deductible and a milage limit on it. Brought in our son's 2008 jeep. This dealership diagnosed the problem for $686. They told us is would be a $1500. part and would require $2000. worth labor. Almost all of my business had to be conducted via phone because I live 3 hours from the dealership, yet this was not a problem. The exact car that I wanted was not on the lot, but within 48 hours Dave had located and secured the exact vehicle that I was looking for. The financing was quick and easy as well.
