Harry went thru his inventory and the Rubicon fit my requirements and price as it was "on sale" - that alone saved time then came my trade of a 2008 Mazda Miata - covered in salt and snow - wile the Miata was inspected Harry and I walked to see the Rubicon. When we returned Harry came back with Edmunds Dealer trade pricing on the first hit - at this point we shook hands and the deal was complete. Harry introduced me to Todd in the Finance department - Todd explained my financing and warranty choices - he allowed me to make my decision without any pressure. total time on Saturday 35min The following Tuesday I picked up my Jeep and spent less than 15 minutes doing so. I liked the fact that I was respected as a knowledgeable automotive owner and was not BS'ed at all. I like the fact that if I need help it was available - it was not pushed on me.
