I scheduled a test drive of the vehicle was interested in online and Harry Roselan met my wife and I at the door when we arrived for our appointment. he was very outgoing, friendly and happened to be driving (as a dealer demo) the jeep we liked. Harry was very informative during the test drive, explaining the jeep's capabilities as well as some the 'bells and whistles'. We loved the Trailhawk and bought it. Harry and Armory team took care of everything, including working through some incentives, a great finance rate and all the DMV requirements. Our new SUV was ready to pick up the next morning. We were supposed to get splash guards but they're not available for this model/year, Harry gave us an Armory debit card instead. Nice! Harry has 40 years of experience in all facets of repair and sales all at Armory, very helpful and knowledgeable. Naturally I haven't had a chance to review the service department yet, but I'll do so when the opportunity arises. More

Preston was extremely curtious and genuine. The trailhawk was more that what I wanted to spend and had several features that I was not looking to spend the money on - but would be great to have. After the test drive and zero hassle negotiating - Preston came to me with a final offer the first time and left me happy with the value given for my trade-in...Now I was with my budget for the vehicle I wanted with ver little compromise. I was looking for either a soft top Willy's Wheeler or the 2014 Rubicon Armory had emailed to me. Harry went thru his inventory and the Rubicon fit my requirements and price as it was "on sale" - that alone saved time then came my trade of a 2008 Mazda Miata - covered in salt and snow - wile the Miata was inspected Harry and I walked to see the Rubicon. When we returned Harry came back with Edmunds Dealer trade pricing on the first hit - at this point we shook hands and the deal was complete. Harry introduced me to Todd in the Finance department - Todd explained my financing and warranty choices - he allowed me to make my decision without any pressure. total time on Saturday 35min The following Tuesday I picked up my Jeep and spent less than 15 minutes doing so. I liked the fact that I was respected as a knowledgeable automotive owner and was not BS'ed at all. I like the fact that if I need help it was available - it was not pushed on me. I liked the fact that my time purchasing my Jeep was kept to a minimum. More

Ohh, we will add that later, at a price to be set later and out of pocket after we figure out how much we can get away with. Don't forget that $3000 print out to get the advertised deal or internet price. The website doesn't even list the supposed real sale price that your print out entitles you to. Really dirty practice in my opinion. Heck,if this print out is worth so much, someone might as well setup shop across the street with a portable printer and charge 10% of the coupon so everyone actually gets the coupon rate. More

As soon as I told him what car I was interested in, he went and got it so I could check it out. Shortly after, I let him know that my credit isn't the best but he told me that he would try his best to help me out. In the end, I walked out with a car that is perfect for my family and I.
