I have called three times and spoke to 2 different people, they say they will let a service adviser k ow I need to me an appointment for a DEF issue. It has been three days and I still have not heard people, they say they will let a service adviser k ow I need to me an appointment for a DEF issue. It has been three days and I still have not heard back from an adviser for an appointment. I wouldn't mind if I could get an appointment in a day or 2 but you need to wait a week or more at times. I like speaking to a person but if it is not a service adviser who can make an appointment what's the point. I have called in the past to check the status of my truck and hit #2 to check the status and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. I understand it may be busy but sounds like someone else may be needed. More
