Horrible experiences for me and my family. They never answer the phone, they don't do the work even when you have an appointment and they tell you when your vehicle will be done. It never is. They busted the exhaust system on my son's Jeep when it was in for the rear differential and then wouldn't give him a loaner car even though he told them he was leaving for a family vacation the next day. My family and I will never buy another vehicle from them and I am going to a different dealership for my oil changes and all other services. Very bad experiences and the Management just doesn't care. The at Armory continue to be considerate and professional. This time I had to pop by for the battery light at 4 in the afternoon.
