I am very impressed with Arlington Acura and am really happy to be a first-time Acura owner! We purchased third Acura from Arlington Acura yesterday, January 25, 2014, from Mike Nauret. We bought new Acura MDX here in March. When we bought this new car, we were promised that we would get free loaner car every time we come for the service. Right now, my MDX is due for first service. When I called the service department to schedule the service, I was told that I couldn't get the loaner car. I am surprised and felt very bad. Then I contacted the sales person (who sold the car to me). He also told me that he couldn't get me the loaner car after he talked with the service department. I felt very bad about my experience. This is very bad business practice. How could you treat customer like this? To be honest, free loaner car when service was one of the major reason that we made the decision to buy the car from this dealership. Now I regret about my decision. This is my first business with this dealership, and is also the last business here. I will NOT recommend any friend/people to do business with them either. More

They do not have 2013 RDX in stock but their stock show that they have more cars. Once went to dealers found that they have only two card but that also has lot of miles in that car. I just wanted to tell Chicagoland what a wonderful experience my son and I had at Arlington Acura. My son wanted to purchase his first car at the age of 20. He chose a 2004 Acura TL which he loved. I recently purchased a used 1999 Honda Civic from Arlington Acura. I saw the add for the car posted on Cars.com and wanted to see for myself. It turns out the car was in better condition than it even looked online, and after many reverse experiences at other dealerships, was a welcome sight. Tarlon my salesman was professional, polite, and efficient in showing us the car while utilizing our time well. We were able to negotiate a fair price and the sale was made. The only negative was the long wait we experienced waiting to pay for our vehicle. This was not totally the dealerships fault as a customer was tying up the finance office trying to buy a car he couldnt afford. Tarlon made every effort to get our CASH sale completed as quickly as possible. The drive home from Indiana was a total joy. The car is performing excellently, and I am looking for to a long history of owning this car. Thanks Arlington Acura! Thanks Tarlon! More
