From management to the sales rep that helped me, you can tell that these people really car about making sure you have a positive experience. I have visited many dealerships and this is the best experience I have ever had. I purchased the vehicle at 8:00 pm, and they had it ready for me after 9:00 pm the same day. They even took the time (after hours) to walk me through the new features of my car. This service is above and beyond what I have gotten in other dealerships. I was a little nervous at first but those feelings were put aside right away. The manager Marcin came and spoke with us, and made sure everything was going well. The finance manager was great as well, and was able to work a miracle to get me financed. Dustin showed us a number of vehicles but they didnt have what we wanted at that time. He took good notes and let me know that evening what he had, and what was being prepared for sale. We touched base a few days later and i came back that day. Dustin promised that he could meet the montly payment that I wanted to be at, and provided unparallelled service. The deal got signed and Dustin was the reason! My wife said that we HAVE to purchase from this location because Dustin offered to assist in putting my jeep top on, after he was off work. That type of service is unheard of. The only problem is that Dustin doesnt do mortgages, real estate, insurance, or childcare...because I would definately give him my business in all of those markets as well! Great hire ROARMAN! More
