BUYERS BEWARE! I bought a used car about a year ago from Bob Rohrman's Acura dealership in Palatine, IL . It was a pleasure working with the original salesman. He I bought a used car about a year ago from Bob Rohrman's Acura dealership in Palatine, IL . It was a pleasure working with the original salesman. He gave great customer service That was unfortunately the only good experience I had. I purchased the extra warranty for something around $2,000 to be on the safe side. A couple of weeks later, the CHECK ENGINE light went off. I had to argue to get that fixed as "it wasn't covered under the warranty". Then 8 months later, I go to the Secretary of State to find out that my vehicle had never been registered from the dealership. I went back to the dealership to ask them to kindly fix the issue.I had to go 3-4 times and each time I was told that the registration issue was fixed by the dealership. It never was. Now it's been a year, my car is paid off, I still have no title in hand, but I am being told again that I "will receive it soon". Basically I drove this car illegally for the past year, not registered, and nobody had a title for it, pretty much any buyer's nightmare. I was EXTREMELY patient with Marcin Ajdukiewicz, the General Manager who kept telling me that the issue was fixed, but it wasn't. His customer service skills are the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The Secretary of State recommended I call the State Police on them as they were doing illegal acts. It is illegal for a dealership to let a customer drive a car off their lot and not register it. Mine was not registered for more than a year. I finally dropped off my car there, and told them I needed a loaner car until this issue was resolved once and for all. I also told them they needed to service it AND fix the Check Engine light. 2-3 weeks later, the dealership called to inform me that "the car is ready and legal now". Now, everything is "fixed" - with no proof. I still do not have the title or verification that it is legal. What did I get for going through all this stress and hassle ? Nothing. Not an oil change, no service, the car barely cleaned, they didn't even fill up the windshield fluid! I do not recommend anyone buying a car at this dealership. Marcin is careless about his business and has no customer service skills. Hopefully, I will receive a title for my car one day, and I hope that my car is now legal... Best of luck. More

BIGGEST BUNCH OF LIARS FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM We have been long time Rohrman customers from Toyota to Honda and now looking to purchase a new MDX. Marcin the general manager their is the king pin We have been long time Rohrman customers from Toyota to Honda and now looking to purchase a new MDX. Marcin the general manager their is the king pin of liars and deceitful. Started off all nice and smooth negotiating the price. Marcin advised us he has a brand new MDX coming in about 3 weeks. New vehicle comes in he changes his pricing not honoring what we agreed on then says I will hold car for you for next 2 days. Turns out they let people test drive this exact one we wanted racked up miles on it and again Marcin does not honor his own words. Then after contacting Mr John Barrett regional manager says they have another car coming in Dec 20th exact same setup. Marcin then demands I put a deposit which I refused because of the previous exchange. Why would I even want to put a deposit after all the lies and deceit and the vehicle is bound for your dealership anyways. Now Jan 10th 3 months later no new car Marcin says he sold that one that was slated for us to buy. All lies, they have the original one that everyone test drove their and yet he sold the one that we were waiting on. xxx liar is Marcin. General manager John Barrett did absolutely nothing to help. Stay away from Rohrman dealerships and Marcin at Acura of Arlington heights, NOTHING BUT LIARS AND DECEITFUL PEOPLE. More
