I always appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff in the Service department are. I appreciated their finding ways to keep my vehicle in top shape, at the best price. Since one of the items wouldn't be there until the next day, their letting me use a loaner vehicle was seamless. My only issue (and why 4 vs 5 stars) was that the dealership now makes you use a debit card, or incur the credit card surcharge myself (I expect a quality auto dealer to not pass that on to the customer). Very clean. Nice and warm garage on a cold day. I did have the tires rotated as part of my A1 service but the low air pressure light was still on when i got the Nice and warm garage on a cold day. Was disappointed with windshield replacement service and General Manager, Gene Shenkman. I received no information regarding steps needed to get the windshield replaced nor how to protect the windshield for General Manager, Gene Shenkman. I received no information regarding steps needed to get the windshield replaced nor how to protect the windshield for the post install 48 period without initiating multiple calls to the dealership. This information should have been provided to me before work was initiated. Gene Shenkman sent me an automated text following installation stating I may receive a survey and if I had any issues to text him back prior to filling out the survey. I immediately texted him the above opinion and received no response. More

Service department and work performed was excellent - as always. However, when paying for my $95 oil change!!!! the receptionist slipped me a piece of paper stating customers are now being charged a 3.5% su always. However, when paying for my $95 oil change!!!! the receptionist slipped me a piece of paper stating customers are now being charged a 3.5% surcharge for credit card payments. This filthy money grab is beyond disgusting. A $95 oil change is excessive enough, but surcharging this and real repair work is outrageous. This is predatory extortionism and borderline criminal. After 23+ years of die hard loyalty to the sales and service departments of Arlington Acura, they have forced me to explore alternative service and sales options over managements pure greed. More
