Service department and work performed was excellent - as always. However, when paying for my $95 oil change!!!! the receptionist slipped me a piece of paper stating customers are now being charged a 3.5% su always. This filthy money grab is beyond disgusting. A $95 oil change is excessive enough, but surcharging this and real repair work is outrageous. This is predatory extortionism and borderline criminal. After 23+ years of die hard loyalty to the sales and service departments of Arlington Acura, they have forced me to explore alternative service and sales options over managements pure greed. More

I have to say that the service team at Arlington Acura is very attentive, quick, and professional, and prices are very competitive. The only area for improvement is the availability of loaner cars. I underst very attentive, quick, and professional, and prices are very competitive. The only area for improvement is the availability of loaner cars. I understand this was a last minute emergency, but a loaner car would have helped tremendously. However, I was back on the road the next day. Thanks Steve and keep up the good work! More
Service team is great, attentive, informative, honest, and knowledgeable. The dealer ship is getting a little long in the tooth and not maintained very well - doesn't look like anything has been done sin and knowledgeable. The new credit card surcharge is ridiculous. Competitors in the market do not charge clients....3.5% hit on in-person transactions is another money making proposition for the Rohrman Auto group.
