Been here several times they go out of their way to be helpful and complete service efficiently. We live in Louisiana but found archer while making trips to the cancer center. Archer fully inspected and serviced the used VW Atlas vehicle, installed new brake discs/pads & new tires, replaced windshield & headlight, and added missing tools (lug wrench, towing exe) & floor matts. vehicle, installed new brake discs/pads & new tires, replaced windshield & headlight, and added missing tools (lug wrench, towing exe) & floor matts. Archer took care of all buyer’s observations before transferring the vehicle to the buyer. The Archer salesperson was outstanding. He was extremely helpful without pushing the buyer, probably my best experiences buying a used vehicle from a dealership. I would definitely go back there to buy another VW in the future. More

A gentleman who did not address himself, approached my car to tell me he was not expecting to work today. Asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. He told car to tell me he was not expecting to work today. Asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. He told me I would need to make an appointment for the recall. A second gentleman with the tablet, put me down for everything including the recall. Service was done, but took 3 1/2 hrs. More
