I even walked out feeling that I would not have been able to get a better price anywhere (and still feel that way after having shopped around on the web). I went to buy a used 2006 Ram 1500. It was listed as having a tow package and I was told by Bruce Otto that the truck had a full inspection by the service department. I drove the truck off the lot on T having a tow package and I was told by Bruce Otto that the truck had a full inspection by the service department. I drove the truck off the lot on Thursday, May 16th. By Tuesday, May 21st (not even 1 week later) the check engine light came on. Took the truck in, the service department, though nice and helpful, couldn't find anything wrong with what the code said. Told me I probably did not put the gas cap on tight enough, which I know I did. Gave me the truck back, no more check engine light. Saturday, June 1st (1.5 weeks later) the check engine light came back on again. Called the service department and they told me to wait to see if it would go away. It did not. The truck is BACK at the dealership AGAIN. TWICE in less than a month after buying it, the truck has had to go back to the shop. I got ripped off. The a/c also does not work, and again, no tow package even though it was advertised as such. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM MUSSELMANS DODGE. More

I went Into musslemans dodge nervous from pretty much being rejected elsewhere, I went in and met Ronald right away and he actually listened to what i wanted and pretty much said here is your options and being rejected elsewhere, I went in and met Ronald right away and he actually listened to what i wanted and pretty much said here is your options and I already knew i made a right choice because other dealers didnt even did that. So went out looked at a few cars and he made me feel comfortable joking around and chatting made me forget at times he was a salesman. Then went and saw my car and fell in love with it. Went in for the paper work and the finance staff was more than helpful than i can put into word all i know is if anyone is looking for a car/truck/suv this is the place to go because They have me a customer for life... best dodge dealer in baltimore :D More

I inquired about a specific vehicle first with an email then contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales rep. The sales rep negotiated a deal with us and we drove over 3 hrs to get there with our 2yr o then contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales rep. He brought out a similar model with almost 10,000 more miles, not the right color, and several dings and paint flaws. He then tried to justify this by telling us he thought this was a better color for us and the vehicle we drove 3 plus hours to purchase was sold. Needless to say we were very upset by the dishonesty and the complete waste of time and gas money. More
