When we reached Musselman, Ronald was already standing outside even though it was so cold. We told him what we were looking for and he started telling us exactly what they had there as if he was a walking encyclopedia for the dealership. It was pretty amazing. He was more than happy to show us all the different cars that would go along with what we were looking for. He allowed us to take one home to test drive it. We wanted to go for lunch and he gave us a wide variety of restaurants that are in the area for us to go eat. His recommendation was right on for the restaurant. When we came back the next day he wanted to know our input about the car. We decided to go with something different. We wanted a manual car but decided to go with an auto instead. He wasn't upset that we changed our minds but instead went right to work trying to find us the right car. It seemed like a personal mission for him to make us really happy and be really accommodating. Once the purchase was complete he made sure that the car was shiny and clean. He made sure that all the paperwork was in order and everything was right on track. I would definitely go back to this dealership & I would most certainly buy my cars from Ronald. Lucas was very thorough in his knowledge of the vehicle we purchased and he was also very personable. He presented the vehicle to us in such a way that I didn't feel pressured as I have in the past with o we purchased and he was also very personable. We got a great deal and are very pleased with the trade in value we were given as well as the incentives we received. it was a weeknight when we finalized the sale and it was getting near closing time when we met with Portia, but nonetheless, she was very patient with us and took her time. I didn't feel like I was being rushed and she was also very helpful to do whatever needed to ensure that we understood everything. We noticed a mistake on our paperwork when we got home that evening (address) and we also thought there was some mistake in the numbers on our buyer's order. We went back to the dealer the next day and met with Zil who again was very patient and pleasant to help us. He took care of the correction needed in the address as well as helped us to understand the numbers on our order, which turned out to be exactly correct. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have purchased a vehicle and this was one of the better experiences we have had. When I first went to Musselmans Dodge in Catonsville, Lucas was very upbeat and down to earth, yet very professional, which made me feel more comfortable. Whenever I sent in an email, he answered promptly. While showing me the car that I was interested in, he showed me how to use all of the gizmos and gadgets that went with the car. He went over them several times. He was very thorough. He explained everything to me multiple times, which was good for me since it was the first time I was buying a car. The first day that I went there I ended up leaving without the car(on my own terms as I wanted to think things over and let it all soak in). I returned 1 week later and bought my first new car! While I was thinking things over he emailed me several times to inform me that the Journeys were going fast. I kept me in the loop.(Which was nice b/c I love my car). We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted and knowing our budget would be maxed out. They not only got us the exact vehicle we wanted with the options package we wanted, but also got us a BETTER knowing our budget would be maxed out. We were offered sodas while we waited for paperwork to be ready. They cleaned up the new car and gave us about a 1/4 tank of gas to go. Everything was done in about 2 hours on a weeknight, which was pretty amazing. Drove the new car home very happy with our experience. We had shopped at another Dodge dealership before coming here, and did not have a good experience at all. Going to Musselman's was a night and day difference, for the better, compared to the other bigger dealership. They worked with us to the maximum of their ability, and explained everything along the way, so we never felt like we were making an uneducated decision. It was the best place to buy a new Dodge in the Baltimore area, and we recommend them to our friends and family. More

Referred by dodge to go to musselman's to get the parts we specified the right parts given the stock number by dodge . Paid for the parts cash . The mechanic told me that the parts built backwards and i need to return it . Back to musselman's and i explained to them that it took me 4 hours of driving and need to return the parts . They are so defensive and not so helpful at all .They said it's not there fault . I told them it's not our fault either that the parts are built backwards . Robert was not helpful at all and talking to us with a high pitch voice We asked for the manager JD mcdaniel it took him 20 min to talk to us was hiding from the back door and when he came to talk to us he said no cash back becuase it was from yerterday . He need to cut us a check . He walked away and did not ask for apology . when we left they are all laughing . What a customer serive and Sad to say that we are a dodge owner .. Will never recommend to this place to anybody .. They are so rude and will never come back to this place at all .If you play cash should cash will be refunded ?
