I looked online and visited multiple dealers before settling on Musselman's Dodge for my 2014 Ram pickup. The salesman, Jon, was very personable and knowledgeable and he catered to my every request. I never once felt pressured or hurried. Jon was quick to respond to the many questions that I had through e-mail and cell phone conversations. I had asked for additional work on the truck that went beyond the scope of a typical sale and the service crew worked as a team to get the truck in the condition and configuration I was looking for. The manager on duty, Zil, worked well with Jon to get me the lowest price that I could find anywhere while humble in the sale he guided me from the sales portion to the financing without a hitch. Financing anything has never been something that I looked forward to but this was an exception. Portia Long is a truly wonderful young woman that I absolutely enjoyed working with to get the finance portion completed. Portia was able to make what's normally a very cold aspect of the sale into something personal and enjoyable. My truck was delivered clean and just the way I hoped it would be. Searched on the Internet for a 2014 Ram 1500 4x2, as well as went in person to different dealerships. This particular dealership was not in our area but the Internet Price could not be beat. I drove 3-1/2 hours to buy my 2011 Dodge Charger... and the experience was WELL WORTH IT! After a test drive, the paperwork was completed efficiently and quickly, allowing us time to enjoy a nice lunch at the inner harbor before heading back. Dave sent us on our way with a complementary tank of gas in addition to a second key and touch-up paint to be sent by mail once received. Not once did we feel pressured or swindled as the asking price was extremely reasonable. Dave has followed up with me several times in the days since to ask if we had a safe ride back and if I was enjoying the car. Friendly AND fair car salesmen?!? Hugging your salesperson thank you?!? I was recently at musselmans dodge in search for a vehicle. I was currently locked in a lease and was over mileage and was very worried that I would end up paying more for the car than it was worth. I had been to six different dealers and was hassled with numbers and prices that were completely out of my price range. A close family friend introduced me to Ms. Portia who listened to my concerns and worries about the lease. I explained to her that I wanted to own my next vehicle and told her my price range. What I liked best was that she listened and explained everything to me throughly and was very upfront about what she could do and could not do. After carefully exploring all options Ms. Portia figured out the best way to get me out the lease with no worries on my behalf, which was very comforting. The next day I was able to come back and she introduced me to Lucas whom was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He let me drive both a used vehicle and new vehicle and explained the ends and outs of the vehicle and the financial predicament I would be in with both options. After carefully weighing the pros and cons of each vehicle, Iended up going with the new vehicle. In my previous experience I walked away feeling very insecure about what I left with but with this purchase I was well informed. Even though they closed at six and were swamped on this particular day, Portia was there with me until 8:30 pm and was very patient with me in finalizing the deal. she assured me that she got me the best possible deal and if she didnt she would contact me to refinance. I never once felt rushed pressured or swindled. Both Lucas and Portia were very kind and even worked well with my family and made them feel welcomed. If you ever had to take a 4 year old to the dealer you know how rough it can be but everyone was friendly and accommodated us all. Overall I can say at musselmans Dodge they provide an inimate experience that makes you feel like family. This was my first real buy and I'm glad it was at this dealership.
